These Terms apply to your use of the Syntio marketing website. By using the website, you agree to these Terms.

1.About this website

The website provides information about Syntio and lets visitors contact us or request a conversation or demonstration.

The website does not currently provide access to the Syntio platform, user accounts, subscriptions, purchases or AI tools. These Terms do not govern any future platform or paid service. Separate terms will apply before those services become available.

2.Using the website

You may use the website for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use automated tools in a way that unreasonably burdens the website or our systems.

3.Website content and intellectual property

The website and its content—including text, graphics, branding, designs, demonstrations and other materials—belong to Syntio or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and share links to the website. You may not copy, modify, republish, sell or commercially exploit its content, or use Syntio’s name or branding, without permission except where the law allows it.

4.Information, features and demonstrations

Website content is general marketing information. It is not legal, financial or other professional advice, and it is not a binding promise that a feature, integration, result or launch date will be available.

We try to keep the website useful and accurate, but information may become incomplete or out of date as Syntio develops. Any commercial commitment will be set out in a separate written agreement.

5.Contact and demo requests

Sending an enquiry or requesting a demonstration does not create a customer, advisory, confidential or other contractual relationship. If discussions progress, any confidentiality, pilot or service arrangement will be agreed separately in writing.

6.Third-party websites and services

The website may link to third-party websites or display content supplied by others. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not mean that Syntio endorses everything on the linked site.

7.Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the website and our communications. Cookie or tracking choices will be shown where applicable.

8.Availability and security

We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the website without notice. We take reasonable steps to operate the website securely, but we cannot promise that it will always be available, error-free or free from harmful material.

9.Responsibility and liability

Use of the website is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syntio is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by relying on general website content, or loss caused by website interruption or third-party links.

Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any mandatory consumer right or liability arising from fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct where applicable.

10.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the website or the law changes. The current version will show its last-updated date.

11.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Disputes are subject to the courts of Cyprus, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

12.Company and contact information

Syntio is operated by inLab Company Limited registered in Nicosia, Cyprus.
